CHANGES to accommodate controls for public worship. Pews are marked so that households are sitting 2 metres (6 feet 6 inches) apart. Seating will be done front to back. You will be directed to a section by a staff member or volunteer. Please walk on (not beside) the black line in the aisles.
Whichever aisle you enter will be the same way you go to receive Eucharist, and also to exit the church. To exit, the back rows will leave first. Please maintain social distancing during the time you are in the church or parking lot.
Eucharist will be consecrated on the table on the main floor. Come forward to receive Eucharist as a household, using the aisle you came in.
NOW DISTRIBUTING COMMUNION ON THE HAND:
When you come forward, you MUST SANITIZE your hands before approaching the table. For those coming up the centre aisle, sanitizer is on a small table in the aisle. For those coming up the side aisles, sanitizer is at either end of the first pew. Allow a few extra seconds to do this before you approach the table.
When you come to the table, leave your mask on and FULLY EXTEND your arms over the table -- with your hands as FLAT as possible. If your fingers are curled, it increases the chances of Father touching them. If he does, he will sanitize before the next person comes forward.
After you receive Eucharist, step back or to the side, and slip your mask up or down to consume.
If you are not receiving communion, you may come forward to receive a blessing. Stand at the black line and cross your arms over your chest.
Communion on the TONGUE IS NOT PERMITTED at this time.
Reconciliation - see under Sacraments tab
